To train musicians to serve their ministry with competency, creativity, and character.
In music ministries across the nation, there is a high demand for musicians that are both competent in their craft and committed to the ministry's vision. Many of these ministries have been successful in procuring devoted, high-level musicians. For countless other organizations, however, desperation has led them to compromise their standards and settle for less than ideal circumstances, such as:
• Possessing a music team comprised of well-intentioned members that, unfortunately, struggle to musically serve at a high level
• Procuring high-level musicians who don't care about the ministry's vision and are willing to leave if a better offer comes their way
• Resorting to worship with recordings or accompaniment tracks due to the absence of a functional music team
MD Music LLC seeks to remedy this issue by moving the emphasis from finding the right people to serve to cultivating the right people to serve. By partnering with ministries, MD Music LLC will train and educate members of the ministry that display musical aptitude and commitment to their church’s vision. As the members grow in their musical abilities, the music ministries will enjoy the benefits of being able to expand their repertoire and build their own unique sound as worship teams. MD Music LLC will terminate its services when the members being trained can serve their ministries at an optimal level without additional aid from the company.
Growth Plan #1:
Keyboard Development
Ministries invest $500/month ($125/week) for MD Music LLC’s Music Ministry Education services. This monthly investment includes:

Student receives one 60-minute lesson per week to address their individual learning needs.

GENERAL SONG STUDY
Student learns 30 of the most popular and/or easiest songs to play within their ministry’s worship style.

Student is given drills and exercises to improve their ability to learn music by ear.

Music Director Development
Ministries invest $800 ($200/week) for MD Music LLC’s Music Ministry Education services. This monthly investment includes everything from the Keyboard Development plan plus:

MD MUSIC LLC designs a growth blueprint comprised of the songs, skills, and information necessary for the student to best serve their ministry.

Student learns 30 or more songs from their ministry’s specific song list.

MUSIC DIRECTING TRAINING
Student will receive concentrated training in band leading, situational-sensitivity, and technology integration in worship services.

WEEKLY REVIEW OF MUSICIAN’S RECORDED/STREAMED WORSHIP SET
MD Music LLC observes the student’s playing in their worship service and provide detailed, written feedback for encouragement and accountability.

BI-WEEKLY GROUP WORKSHOPS
Workshops include presentations, demonstrations, and opportunities for students to showcase their musical growth around their peers. Workshops will also include guest speakers and musicians.
